Older Single Women are mostly ignored by advertisers

This is the first generation where it is acceptable to be a single woman, but you’d never know it from much of the advertising targeting 50+ers.

There are 13.1 million single women over the age of 50. Only 3.6 million are low income. Yet seldom are single women shown in advertising, and even more rarely are they confident, successful and happy.

In a challenging economy, we feel businesses are missing a big opportunity if they overlook the mature woman.
