Creating Results is Featured Speaker for 55+ Lunch & Learn Series

For the past 10 years I’ve been fortunate to work alongside several builders and developers of 55+, active lifestyle communities. This, coupled with my participation in the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 55+ Housing Council has played a large part in shaping my experience, passion and knowledge of all things 55+. So you can imagine how thrilled I was when asked to serve as the facilitator for the upcoming Lunch & Learn webinar series for the 55+ Housing Council:

Marketing Strategy: If You Build It They Will Come

September 18th I 1-2pm EST.

When building a home, a solid foundation is key to success. The same is true when it comes to effectively positioning your community to drive leads and sales.

This session will put you in a better position to apply relevant messaging that motivates action every step of the way. During this webinar, I’ll explore best practices for creating a solid marketing foundation, including:
1. How to determine the number of inquiries and leads needed to meet your sales goals and establish a strategy to exceed those goals
2. How to develop a communication strategy that ensures you stand out and effectively develop messaging that entices buyers, generate leads and drive sales
3. Ways to communicate your brand value and set yourself apart from the competition based on real-life examples of marketing tactics
