Taking the Journey (Mapping) to LeadingAge RI 2019

Melissa Caravella, Creating Results Vice President of Client Services, and I are taking our journey mapping session on the road to the 2019 LeadingAge Rhode Island Annual Conference and Trade Show. Though it will take place in the smallest state in the union, this conference will be jam-packed with information and discussions around all aspects of aging.

The theme for this year’s conference is “What IF…” and it has Melissa and me thinking: “What IF you could boost your census by enhancing your customer experience?”

How You Can Drive the Customer Experience

During our session, A-2: Journey Mapping – How to Boost Census by Enhancing Your Customer Experience, you’ll learn about journey mapping, how other industries use it in their sales and marketing strategies, and how your organization can apply it to enhance the customer’s journey and nurture them through the sales funnel.

We’ll share real-life examples of how other companies have been successful with journey mapping, as well as tips on how you can adopt this approach. By the end, you’ll be excited to start your own journey.

  • Keynote speaker, Matt Jones: We’ve had the pleasure of hearing Matt’s inspirational words in the past and are excited to hear his keynote address at this year’s conference!
  • LeadingAge Family: The thing we’re most looking forward to is seeing our colleagues and friends in the industry. The conference is a great time to catch up, share stories about how our communities and services are doing and enjoy a day filled with knowledge and resources.
